I think you all know that trav and I have (ahem) a number of marriages between us. My last husband and I were together for 20 years, which is why this is so damned funny. (Sorry Sluggo)
Erin and Mike picked us up from the airport on Sunday, and while Mike was regaling Bob with stories of Ireland (he traveled the week before we did) Erin told that my ex bought a laptop and brought it to her place for help setting it up.
In Erin's office she has a picture of Bob, the bike and me. (GL, it's the same one we sent you.)
Ex wanted to know who was in the picture. [Erin said she could understand that he didn't recognize Bob, because when they had their one, brief face to face, Bob still looked like an engineer. (Photo has Bob's hair out and over his shoulders.)]
Erin replied "Uh, that Mom and Bob."
Twenty years with a man and five years later he doesn't recognize me.
